January 30, 2005 Keeping An Open Mind

Greetings! I hope all is well and that the New Year is treating you kindly.

Over the years I have been asked by clients for information about a wide range of  topics. In the coming issues of this newsletter, I will be addressing many subjects; from anxiety, depression and panic, to relationships, coaching, parenting, sex and divorce. I will also use this newsletter to talk about concepts in counseling, coaching, nutrition and medicine.

In this issue I write about motivation. It is a topic that comes up often and that all of us must deal with from time to time. I offer some tips on how to get motivated for those of us who need a nudge in the right direction once in a while.

I  welcome your comments, want to hear your ideas and will try to respond to questions and suggestions about subjects you are interested in.

I invite you to share anything you feel is of value with your friends and family by forwarding this newsletter to them.

Best regards,
Stan Hyman, LCSW
