Happy Holidays!

 

By now all your Thanksgiving leftovers are history and you are likely looking forward to some downtime.

December is a month which promises some time away from work and celebrating holiday with family and friends.

Unless you work in retail the end of the year is almost always a time to unplug, enjoy and reflect.

If you haven’t done some serious goal planning already you may want to consider doing so this month, although setting and implementing goals should always be an ongoing process. After all, how many people actually follow their New Year’s Resolutions? (See my Newsletter, "Making Resolutions That Work").

This is the time of year when we could all use a break from the stresses and demands of our lives. We should take some time to laugh, relax and generally give ourselves permission to decompress.

It is in the spirit of the holiday season and with my very best wishes for a wonderful holiday to all my readers, that I put together this month’s Newsletter, “Relationship Quips”.
