How confident are you nowadays? Are you feeling anxious or uncertain about the future? Are you questioning your own ability to survive and thrive in these difficult times?
The way we feel about ourselves is often greatly influenced by forces we have no control over. It is always easier to be self confident when things are going really well. But when things turn tough we are put to the test.
At a time when confidence in the world as we know it seems very low, the sense of confidence we have in ourselves is truly challenged. The idea that we have what it takes to achieve our goals and dreams can become compromised by the pressures coming to bear on us.
Despite what is going on around us we need to be in control of our attitude and the way we feel. If our self confidence level declines we need to improve it.
It is for this reason that this month’s Newsletter focuses on the idea of confidence and how to build and maintain it. After all, the word confidence really refers to courage, boldness and a belief in oneself. Without a belief in yourself you are likely to be full of doubt, apprehension and fear.
