Happy New Year and welcome to 2008!

We all hope the coming year will be an improvement on the past year. Even if the past year was a great one it is consistent with a desire to grow and prosper that we wish for more.

In the spirit of wanting to achieve good and great things in the coming year, this month’s Newsletter is focused on goals and goal setting. This year is a leap year. That means you will have one extra day to achieve the goals you create.

3) Reach Up: Set your bar high. Make yourself stretch for one or more of your goals. Getting out of your routine, your self-limiting beliefs or your comfort zone requires some courage to take risks. If the rewards are great the risks will be worth it.
4) Get Real: Set goals that have relevance to your life, who you are or want to be and what you stand...
